The rider contacted me via chat and informed me that the restaurant items were unavailable and asked me to cancel the order myself. I clearly stated that cancellation should be handled by the restaurant/foodpanda side as the issue was not from my end, and I did not have any cancellation option available.
After this, I received no proper support, and the rider left the chat. Eventually, Foodpanda cancelled the order, but I did not receive the order nor any refund.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A07 mobile phone and followed all the required instructions provided by Samsung. I created my Samsung Membership account successfully, and after two days I received a PKR 3,000 PSO fuel voucher from Samsung.
To redeem the voucher, I completed the required form submission process. After submission, I was provided with a PSO fuel application link. However, when I downloaded the application and tried to register my account, the system continuously showed an error stating that my mobile number and CNIC number did not match, even though my mobile number is properly registered against my CNIC.

The parcel was later returned. Upon opening the parcel in the presence of the courier branch manager/staff, it was discovered that the original items were missing and replaced with empty packaging. This clearly indicates that the contents were stolen during transit by courier staff.
This is a serious case of negligence, fraud, and breach

They blatantly say that every branch has its own price list. Both outlets/franchises are at distance of 5-mins drive from each other.
This is really pathatic the company has no mechanic to keep a check on what is going on in its outlets/franchises.
This reminds me of what the EasyPaisa representatives do on withdrawal: they charge 20 Rs. or so on their own.

i have inverters and standing Acs. the standing one thankfully was brand new so they resent a new model.
one AC is still waiting for some part that costed 18k to fix and the replacement was around 40k. i agreed the part to be replaced but they repaired it. now its not working again. and there is no update if the replacement will ever get here or would i spend another 18k for repair for few months.
then come to AC no. 3, the AC is in a room rarely used. i recently got it serviced from dawlance. they filled gas and cleaned everything. after that service, i switched it on today and its not working after one hour of use

Today, the rider contacted me in the afternoon regarding my parcel but only delivered it in the evening. Upon delivery, he began calling me repeatedly, insisting I immediately collect the parcel, claiming he had to make other deliveries. When I received the parcel, he was in a rush and did not allow me enough time to properly check the contents. I requested just 5 to 6 minutes to inspect the package, but he kept pressuring me to hurry up.
I explained to him politely that payment would be made, even if the product was faulty, but still, he was in an unreasonable rush and showed a lack of professionalism.

I got a call from a man claiming that he is outside my house to deliver a parcel under my name. As I was certain that I didn't order anything, I asked him about the company and he mentioned that he is illiterate and cannot read. That aroused suspicion in my mind. I told him that I have checked my cameras and I have sent the guard outside, but there is no one, so he instantly cut the call. The parcel was worth 1500. I think they are asking for less money so everyone will give it easily. One more thing, I also got a message from leopards courier official number about the courier from 'diamond hub' and when I checked online, there is no company by the name Diamond Hub in Pakistan. Leopards employees must be involved.
