Delay in order and unprofessional rude customer service
I placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order on 31 December, and I still have not received my order or any tracking details.
Customer support stated that the delay was due to the packaging department and that they could not do anything. This is unacceptable, as internal coordination is the company’s responsibility.
I was never informed that any items were out of stock or that my order would be delayed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear dispatch date or proof of shipment.
Additionally, the tone of the responses was dismissive and unprofessional.
