Complaint Regarding NonRefund of Cancelled Order

Dear Foodpanda Support Team,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding fraudulent and unethical treatment I faced while using your app.

On [4th sep 2025], I placed an order from Balochistan Sajji through the Foodpanda app. Due to a technical glitch in your system, the same order was placed twice and the payment was deducted two times. I immediately cancelled one of the duplicate orders, yet I was informed that the refund will not be processed because the restaurant will still charge Foodpanda.This explanation is completely unacceptable and unlawful because:
1. The cancelled order was never delivered to me.
2. Charging a customer for a product/s
