I purchased 4 tickets (Rs. 1500 each) for the Peshawar vs Rawalpindi match in Peshawar through my Easypaisa account. The total amount has been successfully deducted from my account. However, I have not received any confirmation email containing the order number or ticket details. Without this confirmation, I am unable to collect the physical tickets from the TCS office.
I kindly request you to please send me the confirmation email or provide the order number as soon as possible so I can proceed with ticket collection.

I am extremely frustrated with the poor service from TCS Courier. My parcel has been delayed for several days, and I keep hearing the same excuse every single day — “it will be delivered tomorrow.” Now it has been three days, and I am still waiting. What is even more disappointing is that the delivery team claims they could not find my address, but they never even bothered to call me. If the rider cannot locate the address, the least they can do is make one phone call. How can they mark the address as incorrect without contacting me? Every time I call the helpline, they ask for my pin location and assure me that the parcel will be delivered the next day. But nothing changes. I keep hearing the same story again and again. What makes this even worse is that TCS is one of the most expensive courier services compared to others. Despite charging higher rates, the service and behavior are extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Customers deserve better communication, responsibility, and timely delivery. Very disappointed with TCS service.
