Complaint Against Leopards Courier for Delivery of Damaged TV

I purchased a brand-new TCL television from an authorized dealer and arranged for its delivery through Leopards Courier. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived with a damaged outer carton, and the television was found to be damaged upon delivery. I have video evidence documenting the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.
Despite contacting Leopards Courier, submitting complaints, and sending multiple emails, I have not received a satisfactory response or a clear resolution.
