I have order a pizza around 10:55pm 03-06-2026 on Food N Mood fast food cafe now it's 12:34am 04-06-2026 but no call no refunds not canceling option in food panda app perthatic app not responding is this the way of customers dealing.cafe is also third class

The price i paid was much hugher than the price mentioned on the products i reached out and an agent said the refund has been processed but it never updated i again contacted them after a week and still no results all they said was we’re forwarding the issue to relevant team and now after 12days i still got the same response

Immediate Refund Request Order Cancelled but Payment Not Refunded
I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for my order placed at Subway Gulgasht at 10:18 PM via Foodpanda
The rider contacted me via chat and informed me that the restaurant items were unavailable and asked me to cancel the order myself. I clearly stated that cancellation should be handled by the restaurant/foodpanda side as the issue was not from my end, and I did not have any cancellation option available.
After this, I received no proper support, and the rider left the chat. Eventually, Foodpanda cancelled the order, but I did not receive the order nor any refund.
This is a clear case of service not delivered despite payment being deducted from my debit card.Their support saying it non refundable cancellation which is unjust

No Delivery of Order n No Refund of my Money

Pls help me, Foodpanda has scammed me, On 6th May 7 pm, I ordered groceries from Carrefour packages mall, Lahore, through Food Panda... Every month i use to do this and i get my order within 1 hour. But this time I waited for 3 hours n then i tried to contact them, they marked my order delivered. When I contacted customer service, they said sorry for being late, u will get ur order in 10 minutes at 12.11 am. But i waited till 1 am, they didn't deliver. I filed a complaint on their customer service help line many times in these 7 days, sometimes they say we will refund u n sometimes they say it's non refundable. My order was 14000 Rs. Pls help me, how can i get my money back from these scammers.

Complaint Regarding Repeated Delivery of Spoiled Chicken and Refund Refusal
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Foodpanda.
Last week, I received spoiled chicken through my order. I immediately reported the issue and provided all required details and proof. However, my complaint was not properly resolved, and I did not receive a refund.
Now, this week, the same issue has happened again. Foodpanda delivered spoiled and unsafe chicken once more. This happened even though my previous complaint was still unresolved.
I reported the new incident immediately. Despite this, they again refused to issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable. Sending spoiled food twice and then denying a refund shows serious negligence and poor customer service.
I request a full refund for both affected orders and proper action

Payment of PKR 2263.99 was successfully deducted from my Easypaisa account on 30 March 2026 at 12:25 PM against a Foodpanda order. The payment (ID: 47785270702, Order Reference: 26033090450250321291) was confirmed by Easypaisa and officially transferred to Food Panda Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. However, due to a system error, the order was not placed and an "unknown error occurred" message appeared.
Despite providing payment proof, transaction details, and official Easypaisa statement clearly showing transfer to the company, Foodpanda has repeatedly denied receiving the payment and refused to issue a refund.
This is a clear case of payment deduction without service delivery. I request you to take necessary action and ensure refund. All support

non refunding of a cancelled order amount
i ordered a few items on foodpanda from sweet creme one of the items was out of stock which was not showing on the app the vendor called me i told him to kindly cancel the entire order so i could get a refund and order something else the restaurant gave me an option to choose something else of same cost but i wanted something to drink which requires some extra amount so i told him to cancel the entire order but they told me to cancel it myself i told them wait a few minutes i tried to cancel but could not and i a minute or two the vendor cancelled the order and it was showing that it is non refundable only the amount of out of stock item was sent to me rest was not. it was a prepaid order via debit card

FOOD PANDA DID NOT REFUD ME BACK

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the unresolved refund for my failed Foodpanda order placed on 4th December 2025 at approximately 7:49 PM, despite being informed that my case has been closed and the refund has been processed.

Although the payment was successfully deducted from my Easypaisa account, the order was not placed and was later cancelled by the restaurant. I was assured by Foodpanda / Delivery Hero Pakistan support that the deducted amount would be refunded.

Damaged and expired products
I ordered Nivea Creme for Men and Nivea Lotion from Foodpanda, but received expired and damaged products. The lotion didn’t even have an expiry date and was different from the description. Both orders cost me Rs. 3000, and despite complaints, there’s been no response or refund. Extremely disappointing — Foodpanda is scamming people in Pakistan.

Complaint Regarding NonRefund of Cancelled Order
Dear Foodpanda Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding fraudulent and unethical treatment I faced while using your app.
On [4th sep 2025], I placed an order from Balochistan Sajji through the Foodpanda app. Due to a technical glitch in your system, the same order was placed twice and the payment was deducted two times. I immediately cancelled one of the duplicate orders, yet I was informed that the refund will not be processed because the restaurant will still charge Foodpanda.This explanation is completely unacceptable and unlawful because:

My name is Talha Aftab. Today, 09-08-2025 (Saturday) at around 5:00 PM, my wife placed an order through the Foodpanda app from the Gulberg branch, Lahore.

After the order was booked, an hour later my wife received a notification from the rider stating that the order had been delivered — but in reality, it s not. then i called the rider, whose name is Muhammad Touqeer Arha and mobile number is +92 370*****89418. When I contacted him, he said it was raining, his bike had broken down, and that he would deliver the order in 10 minutes, requesting me not to complain. I agreed.

Spoiled food delivered
I’m currently visiting Pakistan and decided to use your platform to order food during my stay — and I deeply regret it. Every single time I’ve placed an order, I’ve received spoiled and unsafe food. This isn’t just bad service — it’s a health risk.
It’s absolutely shameful how your customer service team operates. They are unhelpful, untrained, and clearly not empowered to resolve any issues. It feels like you're running a scam — taking advantage of people in a country where money is hard-earned, and trust is already fragile.
Someone will eventually fall seriously ill — or worse — because of this negligence. And when that happens, I hope the public stands up and your services are held accountable.

My brother ordered some monthly groceries from Foodpanda, including sugar, tea, soap, and detergent,, as they were offering a discount. However, we didn't receive the order. We thought it was canceled due to network issues related to the 20 Safar Jaloos, but when my brother checked, it showed as delivered. Help Center P msg kia hai to kehty hain Rabta Karengy kesi ne Rabta b nahi kia or likha a gya K "We cannot Process Refund"
