FOOD PANDA DID NOT REFUD ME BACK

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the unresolved refund for my failed Foodpanda order placed on 4th December 2025 at approximately 7:49 PM, despite being informed that my case has been closed and the refund has been processed.
Order Details:
Restaurant: Boomerang – Gulberg
Item Ordered: Chicken Nova Sando
Payment Method: Easypaisa
Amount Deducted: PKR 1,098.99
Transaction ID: #43033861653
Easypaisa Number: 0309-9861042
Although the payment was successfully deducted from my Easypaisa account, the order was not placed and was later cancelled by the restaurant. I was assured by Foodpanda / Delivery Hero Pakistan support that the deducted amount would be refunded.
but they did not refund stil
