Immediate Refund Request Order Cancelled but Payment Not Refunded

I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for my order placed at Subway Gulgasht at 10:18 PM via Foodpanda
The rider contacted me via chat and informed me that the restaurant items were unavailable and asked me to cancel the order myself. I clearly stated that cancellation should be handled by the restaurant/foodpanda side as the issue was not from my end, and I did not have any cancellation option available.
After this, I received no proper support, and the rider left the chat. Eventually, Foodpanda cancelled the order, but I did not receive the order nor any refund.
This is a clear case of service not delivered despite payment being deducted from my debit card.Their support saying it non refundable cancellation which is unjust
