Dear Telenor Customer Care,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the persistent network issues in *Makhozi, District Shangla, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa*. For the past several weeks, Telenor users in our area have been experiencing extremely poor signal strength, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet connectivity. These issues have disrupted communication, affected students’ access to online education, and caused inconvenience to local businesses and families.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through helpline calls, no improvement has been observed. The lack of service is forcing many residents to consider switching to alternative networks
