Luggage Bag not Received

Actually my Parents flight pf 743
Damam to Lahore 8 march 2026
They reached Lahore at 11:47 pm..but 1 luggage bags was missing,we registered a complaint on Lahore airport but Luggage bag not arrived yet,,we call him daily bases but problem not solved yet,kindly take action
