Tcl bad review

I don't like your after services its been 7 days my LED complaint is pending. My LED is not old its only 7 month use screen went off. I compaint on 15 its been 1 week no response for parts change they keep saying parts will be deliver from Lahore. Karachi is the main hub and you don't even have parts availability in Karachi. Then dont sell your product in Karachi. It was my first and worst experience of tcl. And I won't recommend any one if there led stop working it will take more que time wait time to repair on Warranty.
