Misbehaving by counter boy at Telenor franchise

Today I visited Tandojam city Telenor franchise district Hyderabad between 11:14 to 11:30 AM on today's date ( 07-02-2026 ) where an official boy of counter using Telenor DBS asked me charges of 800 rupees just for deactivating my Telenor sim which I lost long ago registered on my NIC

41303-756****1-7 , he was extremely rude , his tone was harsh and fouled and he mumbled a few abusing words too and said go and do complain wherever you can.



I request you to kindly remove such people from your franchise counters.
