I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the PSO fuel voucher campaign offered with Samsung mobile purchases.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A07 mobile phone and followed all the required instructions provided by Samsung. I created my Samsung Membership account successfully, and after two days I received a PKR 3,000 PSO fuel voucher from Samsung.
To redeem the voucher, I completed the required form submission process. After submission, I was provided with a PSO fuel application link. However, when I downloaded the application and tried to register my account, the system continuously showed an error stating that my mobile number and CNIC number did not match, even though my mobile number is properly registered against my CNIC.

One side of the buds isn't working.it has charging issues and isn't working at all. I tried to scratch the terminals and all but it still not working.
