increasing bill

Assalamoalaikum
I am writing to file a complaint regarding the continuous increase in my electricity bill every month despite low electricity consumption and fewer units used.

I have noticed that my bills are unusually high compared to the units consumed. Even with limited usage, the billing amount keeps increasing, which is causing serious concern and financial burden. I request you to kindly inspect my meter and billing record to identify the issue.
Furthermore, I would also like to request the conversion of my current 3-phase meter to a single-phase meter, as my household usage does not require a 3-phase connection.

Plz arrange an inspection at the earliest and guide me regarding the procedure and required documents for mtr conversion.
