Dear Telenor Customer Support,
I am a Telenor customer residing in Korangi, Karachi.
Since 4:00–5:00 PM on 4th November 2026, I have been experiencing a serious network issue in my area.
Both mobile network signals and internet services are unavailable. Last night, I was completely unable to make or receive phone calls, and mobile internet was also not working.
The issue is still continuing today, 5th November 2026.
This has caused serious inconvenience. I request you to urgently investigate the network coverage, check the nearby network tower, and restore both voice and internet services in Korangi, Karachi.
