Refund Undue deduction of balance and activate sim to support Bundles

It is humbly to inform that I have activated free bundles of Telenor to Telenor and other network package till the end of this month and the net package for the one month till 27th June 2026 yesterday and after the activating package my balance was about Rs. 310/-. Having calls and net packages my balance gone down about Rs 10/- upto the time writing this message. When I contacted to the help line, operator told me that your sim is unable to support the free bundles packages. If it was so then at the time when I was activating the package Telenor authorities must have to notify me about such problem relating to my number.
You may please refund the undue amount and convert my sim to support the bundles activated.
