Unable to connect anyone

I m facing this problem from last three days .
The horrible situation I'm facing is that when I want to dial any number of any network from my Telenor num , I m unable to connect and I m notified by computer that I m not having balance , which is totally a baseless excuse because just a week ago I've subscribed the monthly package which all the provisions in it i.e calls,sms and data.
I m using data and can send sms but I m not getting connected to any network or user by voice call.
