Me ne Audionic Optima Sound Bar online order kiya tha. Company ki taraf se product description aur marketing me 4 hours battery backup ka claim kiya gaya tha.
Lekin practically ye sound bar mushkil se 1 hour hi chalta hai, wo bhi normal volume par. High volume ya additional features use karne par battery aur zyada jaldi khatam ho jati hai.
Ye clearly misleading / false claim hai jo consumer ke sath na-insafi ke zumeray me aata hai. Main ne product ko fully charge karke multiple dafa test kiya hai, lekin performance advertised specs ke bilkul opposite hai.

I am beyond disappointed in the way Audionic - The Sound Master has handled my prize winning! Despite winning a prize on their Instagram page on 18 November 2025, I have been ignored and strung along for weeks. I have sent multiple reminders, but NO response!
To add insult to injury, their Instagram admin promised to deliver the prize within 7-10 days, but that deadline has long passed. I have a screenshot of the admin's confirmation message, which clearly states that the gift will be delivered in 7-10 days. (Screenshot attached).
But the worst part is that when I followed up, #Audionic has now outrightly refused to deliver the prize, citing some so-called rule that wasn't mentioned earlier.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Audionic company regarding a prize announcement that was made, and I was declared as the winner, but unfortunately, the company has failed to award me the prize
On 18th November 2025, I was announced as a winner on Audionic's Instagram page. Following this, on 26th November 2025, their admin messaged me stating that I would receive my prize within 7-10 days. However, on 6th December 2025, Audionic messaged me that I am not eligible for the prize due to a rule that was never mentioned in their contest post, winning post, or any communication prior to this date. It is shocking that Audionic is suddenly citing a rule that was not in place at any point in time……

But still I did not received my order when i tracked my order return to audionic without any any intimation and concern just right by courier address issue . I am regular in contact with on audionic support team but no anybody is ready to listen my query and sort out . More than 25 days passed but issue not resolved . On day base i am calling on helpline same answer every time your query forward to concern department but neve sort out the issue . I try to reached out on WhatsApp email also generate complaint multiple time on audionic website but zero response . I am unable to understand why audionic do such behave with your customers.

I ordered three chargers and two of them were not working so i complained about them and they told me to submit it to their workshop. When the product were ready to be dispatched they asked me to pick it up which i refused so they scheduled a delivery for me. i called their complaint representative and the guy told me that the product will be shipped on your address and ill get a message regarding that. After 10 days i couldnt reach because of tough schedule. i didnt receive a message and i called them back they said it was dispatched and to check. i checked on tcs and the guy didnt add the address didnt even call me to get the address. Now i called them three times. Two times they both muted their mic on me and the third call the guy hungu

Hello. 5 weeks ago i placed an order online on audionic website. And i paid online. After 3 weeks i myself contacted them to ask the status of my order. They said it’s delivered. I didn’t even received that. And i already paid for that online.
After that every single day i called them 10 20 times. They didn’t receive. I emailed them 20 30 times. No response. Nothing. They just said okay we are working on your issue. That’s all.
I waited for 4 weeks. No i fucking want to file a complaint against them.
I want to claim my damage along with my fucking phone balance i used to call them. Money for my time.

I received my parcel i.e., audionic earbuds today under model name-AIRBUD550, and they aren't working at all, i even faced a problem with the connection too. I want a refund or at least an exchange with the new one. I also would like to mention that i will appreciate if i check the exchanged airpods while recieving so that i might not face this same issue again. Thankyou

I hve ordered audionic yoyo speaker. Firstly when i received that speaker battery was zero and i kept it on charge from 4pm to 10 pm still it is not turning on and is keep on charging. I did not even use it once and it's still on charging
