Fake Parcel status

Hello. 5 weeks ago i placed an order online on audionic website. And i paid online. After 3 weeks i myself contacted them to ask the status of my order. They said it’s delivered. I didn’t even received that. And i already paid for that online.
After that every single day i called them 10 20 times. They didn’t receive. I emailed them 20 30 times. No response. Nothing. They just said okay we are working on your issue. That’s all.
I waited for 4 weeks. No i fucking want to file a complaint against them.
I want to claim my damage along with my fucking phone balance i used to call them. Money for my time.

You marked my order as delivered but I never received it. I called 20 times daily and emailed 30 times. No resolution. Refund my full amount + my phone balance expense within 48 hours otherwise I will file case in Consumer Court Islamabad/Lahore and FIA Cyber Crime. Company legal notice se darti hai - Foran reply karegi. 2. Consumer Court me case daalo - Free hai: https://complaint.fbr.gov.pk ya Punjab Consumer Court: https://pcpc.punjab.gov.pk Wahan Audionic ka naam likho - 5000-10000 extra harch ka dawa bhi kar sakti ho phone balance ke liye - Judge dilwata hai. 3. Instagram pe unko tag karo: Audionic active hai Instagram pe - Unke last post pe comment karo - Wahan se tez reply aata hai. Apna Order ID aur Payment Screenshot is complaint pe lagao - Tabhi approve hogi jaldi.
