Order Not received

I have placed a order on audionic with advance payment on dated ( 30-Oct-2025) . But still I did not received my order when i tracked my order return to audionic without any any intimation and concern just right by courier address issue . I am regular in contact with on audionic support team but no anybody is ready to listen my query and sort out . More than 25 days passed but issue not resolved . On day base i am calling on helpline same answer every time your query forward to concern department but neve sort out the issue . I try to reached out on WhatsApp email also generate complaint multiple time on audionic website but zero response . I am unable to understand why audionic do such behave with your customers.
