Audionic yoyo speaker is not working

I hve ordered audionic yoyo speaker. Firstly when i received that speaker battery was zero and i kept it on charge from 4pm to 10 pm still it is not turning on and is keep on charging. I did not even use it once and it's still on charging
I m so disappointed this is my first order
