Earbuds by Audionic are a scam

Earbuds 425 by Audionic are the worst. I bought 2 last year one black one silver. They have only 1 center for warranty on DAV College road in entire Islamabad/ Rawalpindi. i claimed warranty 3 times for both when their one side earbud failed again and again and travelled 25 km (one side) on own car to get warranty claim in which they repaired NOT Replaced the faulty unit (over 7 days) so had to travel 2 times. Spend 6k on fuel on 6 visits for a pair that costed 3200 Rupees each. What a waste. My order # was 1026863 and 1001765. After a year, their warranty expired and now i am left with one total faulty unit with one side not charging since 3 months. THe other one is loose, sometimes it charges after reinserting for 10 mins of struggle. BAD
