I am filing a complaint against Bookkaru regarding a serious service failure and unresolved refund issue.
On 11 march, I booked a ticket from Lahore to Multan through the Bookkaru app. However, upon reaching the terminal at departure time, I was informed that my ticket was not موجود in their system.
At that moment, I made multiple calls and also sent messages on WhatsApp to Bookkaru support, but there was no response from their side. Due to an urgent and important meeting in Multan, I was مجبور to purchase another ticket from the terminal and travel.
The next day, I contacted Bookkaru again and provided all proofs including booking details, payment evidence, and call records. After more than a week of delay, they said the issue was bei

Bus scheduled at 17:30; we boarded late at 18:15. At next stop near Motorway (19:05), we had to leave as delay made it impossible to reach Lahore Airport by 01:00. Staff confirmed delay and refused refund, directing us to Bookkaru.
Helpline initially recorded complaint and promised refund review, but next day a representative was rude, denied everything, and refused refund.
I request full refund and action for poor service and misconduct.
It has been about a month since my ticket was cancelled by the Faisal Movers representative. Since then, I have been trying to get my refund. Initially, the Bookkaru representative informed me that they were facing an issue and were unable to generate my refund request. Later, when the request was finally generated, I was told that the refund would be processed within 15 working days. Now, more than 15 working days have passed, and I still have not received any valid response regarding my refund request.
It's sad to see such a company with no customer support and such delays in the refund.
No commitment to the customers regarding the refund and giving no real answer about the refund.
I requested a refund from the Bookkaru app on September 28. After multiple follow ups, their team informed me that the refund would be processed within 15 working days. However, it has now been over a month, and despite my continuous follow ups through calls and emails, I keep receiving the same repeated response that the refund is still in process. This clearly violates their stated policy, as the committed timeframe has already passed and they are not giving me any defined timeline or revolution.
