Booked for parcel deliver on 15 may 2026 parcel no : KI7534785314 , firstly they misplaced it somewhere in the karachi , and after multiple complains after 3 days they booked again for 21 -may -2026 and till today it hasn't reached the destination (mirpurkhas , ) from karachi . There is no any status update after that , and their team keeps lying that it will reach today it will reach today , they dont even know where the hell it has gone , such a slow service , better to go by P.O box than to use Leopard service

I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding my parcel with Tracking Number: KS7533193583, which was booked on 16 May and has still not been delivered until today. This level of delay is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
The most concerning issue is that your tracking system is showing the status “Consigning Not Available.” This statement is completely false. No delivery attempt was ever made at my address. No courier representative visited my location, and I did not receive any phone call, message, or notification from your team.

I have sent my very important parcel towards Gujranwala on the date (2nd May 2026). It is seventh day today; the parcel is not delivered yet and whenever I checked the tracking id it is just showing Assign to Facility Center Wazirabad. Whyyyyy?????
I have sent my parcel to Gujranwala, not Wazirabad. Company is not attending the call, and it is first time I had used this service and totally disappoint and stressed. I hate Leopard Courier Service. I will refer not to use this service. TCS is good far more than good from them.

Leopard service has always maintained its low level due to negligence and mis management. Its been 3 weeks my parcel has been picked up by leopard but still not received. There is no record found on tracking id. Main office contact no.s are off . Helpline service is busy continuously.
