Strong Complaint Regarding Undelivered Parcel

Dear Leopards Courier Services,

I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding my parcel with Tracking Number: KS7533193583, which was booked on 16 May and has still not been delivered until today. This level of delay is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

The most concerning issue is that your tracking system is showing the status “Consigning Not Available.” This statement is completely false. No delivery attempt was ever made at my address. No courier representative visited my location, and I did not receive any phone call, message, or notification from your team.
