I purchased a pair of shoes from Hush Puppies. The very next day after buying them the sole started coming apart. At first I thought I had received a defective pair but when I visited the store I noticed that the same article on display had the exact same issue.
I called the store manager and showed him the problem. He acknowledged that the shoes had a defect and assured me that they would process my claim and provide me with a replacement pair. Based on that assurance I submitted the shoes for the claim.
Today after eight days I received a call from the branch manager informing me that my claim has been rejected and that they will only repair the same shoes instead of replacing them. This is completely against what was

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of a pair of Hush Puppies sandals I recently purchased.As you can see in the attached image, the strap has completely detached from the sole of the shoe. This severe damage occurred after only 5 days of normal, everyday wear. I expected much higher durability and craftsmanship from a reputable brand like Hush Puppies.Given the short timeframe, this is clearly a manufacturing defect. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this issue.

Hush Puppies Customer Support Team,I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent purchase I made from your online store.I bought a classic Peshawari chappal around Eid-ul-Adha. Because I used it very slightly 1 time on Eid ul adha, I did not notice a manufacturing defect initially. However, I recently wore the chapal to a wedding and discovered that a tack nail was incorrectly punched into the heel, which has caused the heel to crack and the nail to protrude out.
It is completely unacceptable for a brand like Hush Puppies to deliver defective footwear that damages itself on the first real wear. As a trusted brand, I expected much better quality
