Did not receive my prepaid order

Big store, bigger scammer.

I ordered a pair of slippers from Hushpuppies Pakistan, order number HP-422190, more than a week ago, and did advanced payment for the order. It was a regular price.
Now, they have reduced the price to almost half but even that was acceptable to me.

The main thing is I’ve not received my package and they are not answering my calls, nor responding to my mails or my texts on Facebook or Instagram.
I’m planning to pursue a legal action against them soon.

Now I’m seeing many of their customer are experiencing the same problem.
