Sir, on 08.09.26, my mobile phone was lost. I downloaded the Jazz Cash app on my new mobile phone. It kept giving me this message that your application is not verified. On which I called the Jazz Helpline on 08.09.26 at around 07:00 PM. According to the representative, you should call the Jazz Cash helpline created separately. I called these numbers several times, but I did not get any contact from anyone. In this regard, I called Jazz Cash again on the same day at around 09:00 AM and explained my problem. Then I got the same answer as before. On which I told the representative that the numbers you are giving are not available. Please transfer my call. On which the representative said, sorry, we cannot help you in this matter.
