I have sent Rs. 4350 to a non-jazzcash number inadvertantly and called on your helpline 111124444 for reversal of the same but the CSR flatly refused by saying that once any money is sent either on right number or wrong number it is not reversable. .I ordered a 6-inch pizza from California Pizza. The price was Rs. 599 + Rs. 150 delivery charges = total Rs. 750. I had 450 loyalty points in my account. At checkout, the system applied the points and showed the bill as Rs. 299. I placed the order. When the pizza was delivered, the delivery person handed me a bill of Rs. 599. The loyalty points were not applied at all. I immediately contacted the branch manager — no solution was given. I also tried the customer support and call center multiple times — no response from anyone. This loyalty points system is completely misleading and feels like a scam. They show a discounted bill at checkout to get the order, then charge the full price on delivery. Very poor experience. The loyalty points are
