Hi Dr Saleha from PIMS, I bought a pair of shoe from ndure last months but it got damaged within one month.The leather coated on it is getting removed from above side.Its really disappointing to see the quality stuff .Kindly exchange the pair of shoe or any return policy regarding it.Its really bad experience. Opening my account without any verification

someone opened a minor jazzcash account on my CNIC and jazzcash let it be. i contacted the helpline and they told me there are 2 FIA cases on my account and i don't even know that my account was being used. i got my CNIC in 2025 and the account was opened in 2023. how can they let someone open an account on a CNIC without any verification? this is disturbing to know that they can let anyone open an account on anyone's NIC. There was a gurdian name associated with my account i never knew. how can they not verify if the entered guardian is offically the guardian of the entered CNIC? this is unacceptable. very bad management and poor system
