Correction of mobile num
I had an Imtiaz Card made, but I’m facing an issue because either there was a mistake from my side or the phone number was entered incorrectly by Imtiaz. My wallet was lost, so I went to get the card reissued. However, they told me that no card is registered against this phone number. Fortunately, I have now found my wallet and the original card as well. I want to change/update my phone number linked to the card. Could you please guide me on how I can get the phone number corrected and update my card details?

Pathetic and very rude customer support
I will say pathetic and worst brand I have ever dealt with. Customer support is very rude and they are no cooperative. I have evidence how they robbed me in full documentation. Please stay away from these scammers. They don't have good quality items and the colors from the clothes fades very quickly you can buy the same quality product much cheeper from other brands. They spent there money taken from us a lot in advertisements and quality is 0 then they speak rudely with customers.

I placed an order with Bagallery, but my order has not been delivered yet. I have been trying to contact their customer support for the past 2 days, but they are only responding once a day and my complaint has still not been properly registered. I want to cancel the undelivered order and receive my refund urgently. Despite repeatedly contacting them, they are not taking proper action or resolving my issue. Please help me resolve this matter and ensure that my undelivered order is cancelled and my refund is processed as soon as possible.
