Complaint Regarding Rejected Claim Despite Manufacturing Defect
Assalam o Alaikum I purchased a pair of shoes from Hush Puppies. The very next day after buying them the sole started coming apart. At first I thought I had received a defective pair but when I visited the store I noticed that the same article on display had the exact same issue. I called the store manager and showed him the problem. He acknowledged that the shoes had a defect and assured me that they would process my claim and provide me with a replacement pair. Based on that assurance I submitted the shoes for the claim. Today after eight days I received a call from the branch manager informing me that my claim has been rejected and that they will only repair the same shoes instead of replacing them. I purchased this tcl c7l 75 inch sqd mini led tv a week ago, at the time of purchase it didn't have any issue but after a week of use it developed a dead sub pixel, point to note led has not been damaged in any way it just came out of no where.

Salam I just bought this 3 piece unstitched suit from J.’s hyderabad outlet couple of months ago. I’ve worn it only once and brosha on it is very disappointing.. it was soo expensive and has no quality at all .

Please refer my CNIC No. 42201****543. One telenor voice sim is showing in my PTA records. As per Franchise, this sim is not in use. I am not aure who issied it my name as I have never used a telenor voice sim.<br /> Please immediately remove this from my CNIC and have it removed from PTA records.

I placed an order through there website on 6th june and didn't received any order confirmation. I was looking for order details on 12th of june and didn't find anything on my email or transactions with the same amount or any transaction to Califord. I thought I mistakenly haven't placed an order so I did it again on 12th June. this time I did received the order confirmation and the amount was still different from what I saw on website and the merchant name was not Califord which I got to know after the payment as it was shown in my statement so I checked the merchant name and the payment of 6th june it was there. that order was placed and the merchant name and amount was different and not even one order delivered & no response from Califord
