I am living in Rawalpindi and job is in islamabad. i was call on helpline 042-111345100 & 051-111345100 to registrar my complaint about telenor network. but the person who was there refuses to registrar my complaint. i still problem of sim network. my 2 telenor sims in once disappreared the signals, how is it possible that to demage my both sims in one time. I thought i may by from telenor company that punish me and force to purchase new sim of Rs. 500/-. The person of customer service said to me you purchase new sims, but my question and complaint that how it was demage telenor sim network. i used telenor sims from long a time and i was not replace telenor from my mobile. Therefore it is requested replace my sims without any cost. Thanks

Dear EFU Life Customer Relations, I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of the EFU Family Health Insurance policy activated through a call associated with JazzCash. During the call, I was told about the insurance and asked to dial 1. I was not informed that Rs. 1,950 would be deducted from my JazzCash account. I agreed without being told about any charges, but the amount was deducted immediately. I consider this a lack of proper disclosure of the charges. I request cancellation of the policy and a full refund of Rs. 1,950. Please also provide my policy number and the record of the consent used to activate this policy. Please confirm receipt of my complaint and provide a complaint reference number. Regards

Hair found in food refund refused demand full refund
On October 9, 2026, I ordered from Papa Johns - Johar Town, Lahore via the Foodpanda app (Order #u3bx-2641-ly1e, picked up at 06:57 AM). I ordered 1x Lit Box for Rs. 900 (total paid Rs. 1,063.99 via credit card, including platform fee and GST). Upon receiving the food, I found a HAIR inside it — a serious food hygiene violation. I immediately contacted Foodpanda support through the app and shared photographic evidence of the contaminated food. Despite clear evidence, Foodpanda is refusing to issue a refund. This is unacceptable: serving contaminated food violates basic food safety standards, and refusing a refund after evidence was provided is unfair consumer treatment. I demand a FULL refund of Rs. 1,063.99 to my original payment method

I have placed orders through your Facebook page several times during the last 3–4 attempts, but unfortunately, I never received any proper confirmation or update regarding those orders.
