I would like to file a formal complaint against a clothing brand “Zellbury ” for non-delivery of my order and providing false information.
I placed an order for a dress through their website on 27 April 2026 and made full payment in advance. According to their website, the delivery time mentioned was 5–7 working days.
As of today, 5 May 2026, even after excluding two non-working days, the delivery timeline has already been exceeded, and I have not received my order.
Moreover, their customer service representative misled me by claiming that my parcel had already been shipped. This clearly shows that the company has provided false information and has failed to fulfill its commitment.
