Unauthorized transaction

I got my payment in jazzcash 12000 and something were in my account since last 2 days. From today morning i were having call's from 051-7080507 this number continuously and in the evening i picked up the call and the merchant named as saba told me each and everything about EFU life insurance and at the last she said that she's transferring this call to one of their senior agent and asked me to press 1 and i did so, then 1950 rupees got deducted from my account without my consent without giving my jazzcash MPIN or anything required to preform a transaction. I want my money back at any cost or I'll file a report in SBP sunwai portal. Please helo me get my halal money back I'm using jazzcash since last many years and didn't expected this.
