Reversal of Wrong sent amount

I have sent Rs. 4350 to a non-jazzcash number inadvertantly and called on your helpline 111124444 for reversal of the same but the CSR flatly refused by saying that once any money is sent either on right number or wrong number it is not reversable. Please make it reversable, detail is as under:
