Refund money not receive

On 21 January 2026 I receive fake order, I ordered candy cotton candy machine, but in a box there was a bathroom soap holder so I complain I have returned the box . On 22nd January Daraz called and the apologize me and say we will return your money as soon as possible after 3 to 7 days, after Fuji the emerged me to give me your bank detail I gave them Bank detail but there is no response, after few days on 12 February 2026, they called and said give me your another bank account, then again I give them my another bank account ,but no response, again I chat customer agent and I called Daraz complaint center again and again I called them. Every time they write new complain. Till now today 3rd March 2026, I didn't receive my refund money.
