I'm writing regarding Order #197040150257430, placed on Oct 6, 2024. I received the order on Oct 10, 2024, but it didn't match the product description and pictures provided by the seller.
I returned the order via Daraz Return Lepards (LCS tracking #979524104), but Daraz canceled the return request due to their mistake on Oct 15, 2024.
Despite multiple complaints (Reference numbers: 2500000161477556, 2500000161808315, 2500000162583671, 2500000162776780), Daraz hasn't provided a refund. The order has been returned to Daraz, and the seller has also received the return.
Daraz's refund policy promises a refund within 10 working days, but it's been 22 days since my first complaint on Oct 15, 2024.
I request your immediate attention to resolve this issue and provide a refund.

Daraz Return/Refund policy is so 3rd class. I have return my parcel 2 months ago and my return fund is still pending they don't solving my issue every time they said we are working on your complain but they didn't solve the issue and not even update me. They are just wasting time.

I have bought a product from Daraz under order no 188951414386543 , which once received was not as per description . I returned and claim my refund which was acknowledged and available in my Daraz wallet. Once I tried to move fund from Daraz wallet to my bank account system ask me to provide OTP that has been sent by Daraz on my registered cell no 03376282905. I have not received any OTP after several attempts. I lodge complaint and I was asked to wait for 5 days . Yesterday I received email that my matter has been solved . I tried again but still not received OTP. Daraz is using delaying tactics to avoid fund transfer . Please look in to this matter.
I initiated a return request on daraz.pk on 25th april 2024. The refund amount was Rs 860. After 15 days my return request got cancelled. My return request was selected pickup by Dex but none of the riders contacted me. And now I can not initiate return request again.

My issue is with #Daraz
Few months ago i purchased 3 Daraz gift cards worth 1000 each( 3000 for 3 gifts card). After one month when i tried to use then none of them was working. I tried to contact daraz and they made a compalint of my issue that was later resolved by saying that voucher are fine . I just need to use these vouchers on some other products as vouchers have some limits to be used on specific products. Then i again tried to use but still i can't use these vouchers on any products available on daraz. Later on i contact daraz and they asked me to place order without these voucher. What is this behaviour Daraz. If we have to place order without these vouchers then why would we waste our money to purchase these vouchers.
I bought a like new tablet from daraz worth 20,000 and it arrived defective. I informed the seller and returned the product as per return policy within 15 days but they denied refund.
They have been pressurizing me to claim warranty. But all the buyers had mentioned the same defect in the tablet. I asked them if seller again sent me defective product what should I do then. They said you can contact us again. So i asked them to give me in writing that the product that would be sent to me in exchange will have no defects.
