Refund issue taking dayssss

Ordered some stuff from alfatah order no e521-2621-9d06
The price i paid was much hugher than the price mentioned on the products i reached out and an agent said the refund has been processed but it never updated i again contacted them after a week and still no results all they said was we’re forwarding the issue to relevant team and now after 12days i still got the same response
PATHETIC service if y’all cant solve one case in 12days wht can u even do?
