Quality of Foam and Attitude of Officers

I've registered complaint 3 weeks ago (ID 177983). The person on a daily basis asked me to wait but didn't arrive. Later after one week, i contacted complaint center and i was told that visiting officer contacted me but i did not responded to him, that's why the complaint was closed. I sent them the screen shots which clearly showed that it was me who was calling and messaging him and he never called back. A new complaint was registered on 17Nov25 with an ID 179234. They promised to send someone immediately. Its 8th day, I am reminding them but except one time call on Sat where they promised to visit on Monday no one has appeared as yet. A tired mattress that has become compressed and developed a dip in 3 months - liars & dishonest people.
