Worst quality foam cheaters
I bought a Dura foam mattress in February 2026 for 28,000 PKR, and within just 2 weeks the foam became uneven where we sleep. I immediately filed a complaint, and the representative who visited confirmed it was a bad issue and advised me to fix the bed base first. I replaced the plates under the bed as instructed.
However, after around 40 days, the same issue happened again. Another representative visited and said the foam would be replaced within 2–3 weeks. Later, I was informed that the replacement was approved and I could collect a new foam from the dealer.
But when I contacted the dealer, he told me the model had been discontinued and they could not replace it. Instead, they offered me only 14,000 PKR for a mattress I purchased for 28,000 PKR a straight 50% loss for me.
I also contacted the Dura support team multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it.
This has been a very disappointing experience. The foam quality is extremely poor, and unfortunately the “10-year warranty” has been useless in my case.
I would not recommend dura products based on my experience.
