paid amount not appear in DESIRED account

Sir,


I had paid a bill of PTCL 045473*****8 having amount of 5800/- but after many days, payment still not appear in PTCL account . PTCL billing office didn't acknowledge the payment after verifying their end....but JAZZ CASH team insist that payment has been done,. an amount of 5800/- deducted from my account. but my PTCL internet still not active due to non payment of BILL.


Plz help to resolve this issue ASAP
