Opening my account without any verification

someone opened a minor jazzcash account on my CNIC and jazzcash let it be. i contacted the helpline and they told me there are 2 FIA cases on my account and i don't even know that my account was being used. i got my CNIC in 2025 and the account was opened in 2023. how can they let someone open an account on a CNIC without any verification? this is disturbing to know that they can let anyone open an account on anyone's NIC. There was a gurdian name associated with my account i never knew. how can they not verify if the entered guardian is offically the guardian of the entered CNIC? this is unacceptable. very bad management and poor system
