NayaPay Frozen

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Muhammad Ramzan s/o Muhammad Nazeer Ahmed, CNIC 32303****67224-3, Kohistan Enclave, Wah Cantt, Rawalpindi, complain against NayaPay (Private) Limited (SBP-licensed EMI).

Issue:

5-6 months ago, NayaPay closed my wallet without notice or reason. My legitimate Rs. 75,000 is frozen, causing severe hardship. Repeated contacts (calls/emails) only gave empty promises—no action.

SBP EMI Regulations require safeguarded funds to be returned on closure. No authority allows indefinite holding.

Immediate release of Rs. 75,000 to:
