Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Muhammad Ramzan s/o Muhammad Nazeer Ahmed, CNIC 32303****67224-3, Kohistan Enclave, Wah Cantt, Rawalpindi, complain against NayaPay (Private) Limited (SBP-licensed EMI).

Issue:
5-6 months ago, NayaPay closed my wallet without notice or reason. My legitimate Rs. 75,000 is frozen, causing severe hardship. Repeated contacts (calls/emails) only gave empty promises—no action.
SBP EMI Regulations require safeguarded funds to be returned on closure. No authority allows indefinite holding.
Relief Demanded:
Immediate release of Rs. 75,000 to:
Easypaisa: 0341-*****2112 (Muhammad Ramzan)
OR bank cheque in my name to address
(within 7-15 days)

Complaint About unknown Subscriptions and Card Block
Some unauthorized subscriptions were added to my account, and their fees were deducted without my consent. Due to these wrong charges, my card was blocked, and now I’m being asked to pay again to reactivate it.

Nayapay nay meraaa account block chain ma blocked kiya tha 2 weeks phly aur email pay proof transaction provide karny ka kaha tha maine sab proof submit karwaa diya thy fair deal kay sender aur mere Lekin ab email pay response karnaa band hogye hain kafi logo ki complain chal rai ha in cases ki lekin ye deliberately logo kay account blocked kar raye hain
