Loan repayment not updated

Recently, I attempted to repay my ReadyCash loan and the corresponding amount has been successfully deducted from my account balance. However, the transaction is not showing up anywhere in my JazzCash application's transaction history, nor did I receive any confirmation SMS. Consequently, my loan is still showing as active even though the money was deducted.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
