Daraz wallet transaction

I have contacted daraz help centre but they aren’t solving my case and took all my money. I have sent the money through my JazzCash account to the Daraz wallet but didn’t receive any amount on the wallet and when i contacted them they say over 50k PKR cannot be transferred to the Daraz wallet which nowhere was stated. My money has been deducted from my JazzCash account, and I have contacted the JazzCash help center. They confirmed that the money was transferred smoothly to the Daraz wallet. However, I have no idea where my money is now. Their agent informed me that the money would be reverted to my JazzCash account within 24-48 hours, but it has been more than 5 days, and I still haven’t received any refund. Please i want my money back.
