Complaint About Customer Service and Misplaced Order

Daraz seller centre scam
I file a serious complaint regarding the extremely poor service and dishonesty of several Daraz customer agents. I have been facing continuous problems, and despite many attempts, no one has resolved my issue.
My order worth Rs. 5,700 was misplaced. I submitted a claim within 15 days, but one agent told me it would take 40 days. When I called again after 40 days, they said the claim cannot be made over the phone and must be done through chat. When I contacted the chat agents, they said it must be done through a call.
I have made over 20 calls, and each time the agents gave me different excuses — some said I never made a claim, others said my address was wrong. They keep lying and wasting my time instead of solving
