balance deduct from the account package not done

i make a parchaze of jazz monthaly super dopper offer my balance deduct from jazz cash but package not done it’s 1800 r/s pak Rs
an other bundle perchaze jazz infinity 260 again balance deduct bundle not done
i send 100 Rs load on same no but balance not transfer so kindaly resolve my complaint thanks
