Activate my suspended account

They suspend my jazzcash account without any explanation,when i called,they said,there was some fraudline transaction of 300,which i have no idea about
I send them emails,multiple time,called at helpline,but no response
I wrote them to deduct that suspicious amount and re-activate my account,also sent CNIC on demand,still no response!
Kindly solve my issue.
