Extremely poor service from M&P Express Logistics. Delivery commitments are not fulfilled and tracking updates are almost useless. There is no proper response from support and the delay is completely unreasonable.
This is not the standard a logistics company should provide. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.

However, the product that I purchased online has not been received by me.
Due to this issue, I have filed a petition in the Consumer Court, Karachi against Hilm Chapals and the courier company M&P for redres
I am a housewife and regular customer of KHT Fabric Store, Main Channu, where I buy branded unstitched cloth on advance payment for resale to support my family. Orders are sent via M&P.
On 8 August 2025, I ordered 15 branded 2-piece suits from KHT, delivered on 9 August at 12:40 PM. On opening, 6 suits were wet and 2 had faded colors, making them unsaleable.
I informed KHT, who contacted M&P. At 1:29 PM, an M&P representative (0316-0******287) admitted rain damage and asked me to ignore the loss. I explained that 2 damaged suits cause financial loss.
I request M&P to collect these suits and compensate me. Evidence is attached.

I did not receive my parcel for several days, when I contacted their representatives twice in three days, they ensured me of delivery but it was all a lie. Nobody even registered my complaint and the parcel was sent back to the shipper. They should have the courtesy of accepting their fault.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I faced with one of your delivery riders.
Today, the rider contacted me in the afternoon regarding my parcel but only delivered it in the evening. Upon delivery, he began calling me repeatedly, insisting I immediately collect the parcel, claiming he had to make other deliveries. When I received the parcel, he was in a rush and did not allow me enough time to properly check the contents. I requested just 5 to 6 minutes to inspect the package, but he kept pressuring me to hurry up.
I explained to him politely that payment would be made, even if the product was faulty, but still, he was in an unreasonable rush and showed a lack of professionalism.

My offical document were sent from Daska to me at Sialkot on 11-02-2025. From then till today 14-02-2025, the rider has not contacted me for delivering and is continuously updating on their status that I am not available for receiving. I am calling to their helpline for 3 days. And now today they have said that your parcel is on customer service centre go and collect from there. When their rider has not contacted me and telling a lie and they have taken money to deliver at doorstep, how can they ask me to go collect my documents after wasting 3 days of mine.
Neither they have taken any action againt rider nor they are forcing him to deliver the parcel.

M&P Courier Jalalpur Jattan office management is highly irresponsible and Non-Professional. They neither contact upon arrival of parcels, nor they call the receiver. Instead they keep the parcel with them and receiver is indirectly blackmailed to visit shop and receive parcel. They even returned my 2 parcels recently without contacting. The same happens with other customers on daily basis.
The person on the M&P courier company Bahawalpur told me that the parcel wouldnt get delayed or recieve my client before tomorrow night but its being 3 days and my client did not get his parcel yet.

The used to malpractice. They deliver COD parcel on time because they got more commission. On the other hand they do not pay attention to paid parcels second they didn't receive calls on their office

Worst ever delivery and customer service experience... perhaps the ifea of this service was to annoy people with pathetic service and holding on to their packages for months without informing the customer so the customer feels completely helpless and lost not knowing whereabouts of his/her package
