Wrong item and defective product received

I placed an order for a 2-piece suit (Order # PK-15171832-2), but I received an incorrect 1-piece article (SKU: PW26WMV823SB-XLG-999) which also has stitching/quality defects. I want to exchange this item for the correct product or obtain a credit voucher as per the exchange policy.
