Unscheduled load shedding

I am writing complaints against Garden west feeder of KE, We as a tenant live prince avenue building, Account/ consumer no 04000*****87316. since six month we paid monthly bill within time period. We affected 4 times shift of scheduled power outage. But an hour extra outage in name of losses recovery since one month, kindly look into matter to resolve this issue on immediate basis thank you.
