Unauthorized Deduction of money from my jazzcash account

On Thursday morning I received a call apparently from jazzcash employee, and 1950rs got deduct from my acc for efu like insurance.
I didn't approved any of the life insurance nor wanted it , kindly decline my life insurance and refund my money immediately on my number 03321627271.
