PKR 499 was deducted from my JazzCash account on 17 October 2026 at 05:33:54 PM under the name PI PAKISTAN PVT LIMITED.

I have never used Tapmad or knowingly subscribed to your service. When I contacted your helpline, I was informed that there is no active subscription on my account.

Please investigate how this payment was initiated, cancel any subscription or payment authorization linked to my wallet, and review my request for a refund.

Please confirm the outcome of your investigation in writing.
